DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
\ni.To identify stock item requirements for placement of orders.<\/p>\n

ii. To seek approval to purchase the identified requirements.<\/p>\n

iii.To prepare requests for quotations.<\/p>\n

iv.To receive and analyse quotations and recommend awards of tenders.<\/p>\n

v. To prepare and draft contracts or LPOs to approved bidders.<\/p>\n

vi.To make follow upon orders for timely delivery.<\/p>\n

vii. To receive, inspect and issue goods to user departments.<\/p>\n

viii. To receive, match and submit documents of goods delivered for payment.<\/p>\n

ix.To assist in preparation for stock taking.<\/p>\n

x. To supervise cleanliness and arrangement for safe keeping.<\/p>\n

xi. To participate in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.<\/p>\n

xii. To perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE<\/b><\/p>\n

Holders of Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields;<\/p>\n

Procurement and Supplies Management, Materials Management, Logistics<\/p>\n

Management, Business Administration (specialising in Procurement and<\/p>\n

Supplies) or equivalent qualifications from recognized institution.<\/p>\n

REMUNERATION\u00a0<\/b>Attractive remuneration package in<\/p>\n
