{"id":16063,"date":"2020-05-10T11:00:17","date_gmt":"2020-05-10T08:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/?p=16063"},"modified":"2020-05-10T10:07:33","modified_gmt":"2020-05-10T07:07:33","slug":"job-vacancy-at-huawei-tanzania-enterprise-account-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/job-vacancy-at-huawei-tanzania-enterprise-account-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Vacancy at Huawei Tanzania, Enterprise Account Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"post-body-8226101695011421812\" class=\"post-body entry-content\">Position:\u00a0<b>Enterprise Account Manager\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b>Company: Huawei<br \/>\nLocation: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Industry experience (customs, taxation, government, internal affairs, police, emergency, fire protection, banking, consulting companies, etc.), especially in Tanzania&#8217;s government affairs and finance industry.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the ICT needs and trends of Tanzania&#8217;s government and financial industry, understand customer pain points; dig clues and opportunities from the customer; and formulate corresponding sales strategies;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to expand and maintain key customer relationships according to job need; have successful experience in engaging customers and end-to-end solution sales;<\/li>\n<li>Have experience in industry ecology and channel cooperation, understand ecological maps in Tanzania&#8217;s government and financial industry, such as mainstream products and solutions of merchants, channel maps of key customers, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in IT, Engineering or any business related qualification will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years\u2019 solutions sales and\/or account management experience involving large, complex projects in the Public Sector<\/li>\n<li>Proven sales success, client management, and service delivery experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven stakeholder management skills, understanding of the sales process and methods, and profitability and risk management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong consulting skills with excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Understanding ICT products and services, its competitors\u2019 offerings and the key differentiators<\/li>\n<li>Advanced interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven conflict and issue management skills<\/li>\n<li>Team-oriented leadership and management skills and a professional attitude to colleagues and clients<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working with audiences with varying levels of technical understanding in different cultures<\/li>\n<li>Must be presentable, articulate, reliable, committed and resilient<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we offer:<\/b><br \/>\nWe offer you a professional career in one of the leading multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work, and a competitive salary package.
