Description<\/b>
\nReporting to the M-Commerce Head of Business Development & Marketing. The role involves managing and implementation of digital lending products and financial services based on the strategic direction of the company.<\/p>\n

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/b>

\n<\/b>1\u00a0 \u00a0 Manage the financial products offered by M-Pesa<\/b>
\n\u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 Ensure commercial targets are met
\n\u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 Ensure value propositions are aligned to consumer needs
\n\u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 Drive changes to product if needed<\/p>\n

2\u00a0 \u00a0 Lead business development<\/b>
\n\u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 Drive strategic partnerships with Financial institutions
\n\u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 Lead commercial negotiations together with M-Pesa Commercial Head
\n\u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 Maintain and enhance relationships with strategic partners
\n\u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 Support regulatory approvals and risk\/compliance management<\/p>\n

3\u00a0 \u00a0 Lead product management<\/b>
\n\u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 Lead the deployment of new financial products across consumers and merchants
\n\u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 Lead pilots of the products

\n\u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 Coordinate marketing and operational activities<\/p>\n
