This role will responsible for driving initiatives from group level across Tanzania and oversee procurement and category performance.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"tr_bq\"><p>The successful Supply Chain Manager will have the following responsibilities:<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and implementing KPIs across the Supply Chain division<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with other departments (e.g. HR, sales, finance, industrial) to identify favourable vendors and distribution partners<\/li>\n<li>Push cost saving initiatives in line with group and regional strategy<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with Category Managers to maintain availability of materials and services<\/li>\n<li>Managing negotiations with external providers<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Identifying and implementing cost saving efficiencies<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Overseeing contractual relationships with external transport providers<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing distribution pattern, ensuring cost minimisation<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Managing all inbound and outbound traffic, communicating with production and sales teams whilst ensuring there is sufficient transport capacity<\/li>\n<li>Managing Health and Safety within procurement<\/li>\n<li>Offering technical support and strong leadership to the procurement team<\/li>\n<li>Managing the procurement department\u2019s budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"tr_bq\"><p>The ideal Supply Chain Manager will have the following skills and experience:<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years in a similar Procurement\/Supply Chain role<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills, with experience developing staff<\/li>\n<li>Financial experience, including analysis, budgeting, forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Excellent tender and contract procurement skills<\/li>\n<li>E-Procurement Tools experience<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in both English and Kiswahili (verbal and written)<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree educated in Procurement, Logistics or similar with relevant professional qualifications and memberships<\/li>\n<li>Strong data analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b><a href=\"httpsss:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/1812183189?showGuestApplyModal=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/a><\/b><\/div>\n<p><b>Warning:<\/b>\u00a0Never Pay To Get A Job.
