To provide routine specialized dental services for inpatients and outpatient;<br \/>\nii. To participate in the training of student doctors in their areas of specialization;<br \/>\niii. To plan, supervise and evaluate dental services offered in his\/her field;<br \/>\niv. To prepare periodic reports regarding dental services;<br \/>\nv. To carry out research in the dental field and publish results for consumption by other experts;<br \/>\nvi. To supervise junior dental doctors and give them technical advice;<br \/>\nvii. To plan and supervise outreach programmes in their areas; and<br \/>\nviii.
