{"id":15630,"date":"2020-04-11T13:00:05","date_gmt":"2020-04-11T10:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/?p=15630"},"modified":"2020-04-11T11:21:08","modified_gmt":"2020-04-11T08:21:08","slug":"job-vacancy-commercial-manager-at-tata-international-company-limited","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/job-vacancy-commercial-manager-at-tata-international-company-limited\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Vacancy &#8211; Commercial Manager at Tata International Company Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"post-body-3816732306507713288\" class=\"post-body entry-content\">Position:\u00a0<b>Commercial Manager<\/b><br \/>\nCompany Name Tata International Limited Company<br \/>\nLocation Dar es Salaam,<br \/>\nJob Purpose<br \/>\nThis position is responsible in Credit department for Alliance Finance Corporation Limited<br \/>\nDepartment &#8211; AFCL &#8211; Credit<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the review and approval of commercial credit proposals and to maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure, defining limit of credit exposure based on financial assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Leads a team of credit approvers to ensure high standard credit quality of the portfolio by using various credit assessment tools<\/li>\n<li>Engage in the development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programs and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members<\/li>\n<li>Review and develop credit approval policies and guidelines as well as participate in ad hoc projects of investigative or trouble-shooting nature on specific customer portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Ensure debt recovery procedures are fully effective and all available recovery options are utilized to maximize recovery outcomes. Manage any \u2018extreme\u2019 credit control situations<\/li>\n<li>Monitor credit granting process, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt losses.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance to company policy and submitting of various monthly reports and data to management and credit bureau as per banking regulations Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objective, Measure department performance with appropriate metrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desired Profile:<\/b><br \/>\nMust have excellent communication and inter-personal skills<br \/>\nHigh level understanding of retail finance is must.<br \/>\nMust have experience in credit risk management.<\/p>\n<p>Educational Background:<br \/>\nCommerce or Finance Graduate.<br \/>\nPreferable MBA<br \/>\nGood command of written and spoken English.<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Experience of 8- 10-years<br \/>\nLocation &#8211; Dar es Salaam &#8211; Tanzania<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"httpsss:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/commercial-manager-at-tata-international-limited-1819650625\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">TO APPLY CLICK HERE<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Warning:<\/b>\u00a0Never Pay To Get A Job.
