We offer flexibility in how you work that helps you do your job in a way that suits you, opportunities to help you grow and progress throughout your career and a choice of benefits to suit your lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p><b>Role purpose:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage\/Oversees the Customer Operations (COPS) IT related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Execution of the company and Group strategy and deliverables, specifically related to Digital Dare.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the overall end user support services for all the customer and for their performance in order to meet customer service KPIs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage contact centre systems and applications (contact centre, Digital care\/channels, customer care training\/knowledge base portals and TNPS Applications.<\/li>\n<li>Manage overall contact centre systems and applications security, service availability.<\/li>\n<li>Manage systems problems, Incidents and requests as per the SLA.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in acquiring and maintain technology Infrastructure for Customer Experience Applications.<\/li>\n<li>Manage systems\/applications changes<\/li>\n<li>Manage systems capacity &amp; performance of Customer Experience Systems<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Manage Projects related to contact centre systems and applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Core competencies, knowledge, experience &amp; Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. in Computer Science\/ Computer Engineering or Electronics and Communication science IT Systems administration<\/li>\n<li>3+ years\u2019 experience industry or functional experience.<\/li>\n<li>TCP\/IP Network administration<\/li>\n<li>Systems Monitoring &amp; Analysis Tools<\/li>\n<li>Operating Systems (Windows, Unix\/Linux)<\/li>\n<li>Database Management\/Administration (oracle\/ms sql\/mysql)<\/li>\n<li>Agile way of working<\/li>\n<li>Information Systems Security<\/li>\n<li>Telecommunications Knowledge\/ experience would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Project knowledge and experience would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Commitment from Vodacom<\/b><br \/>\nVodacom is committed to attracting, developing and retaining the very best people by offering a flexible, motivating and inclusive workplace in which talent is truly recognized, developed and rewarded.
