{"id":15359,"date":"2020-03-25T10:00:59","date_gmt":"2020-03-25T07:00:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/?p=15359"},"modified":"2020-03-24T11:31:19","modified_gmt":"2020-03-24T08:31:19","slug":"3-jobs-at-crdb-bank-specialist-card-system","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/3-jobs-at-crdb-bank-specialist-card-system\/","title":{"rendered":"3 Jobs at CRDB Bank &#8211; Specialist; Card System"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"post-body-5678785132673308760\" class=\"post-body entry-content\"><b>Specialist; Card System\u00a0<\/b>(3 positions)<\/p>\n<p>VACANCIES \u2013 DEPARTMENT OF ICT<\/p>\n<p>BACKGROUND<\/p>\n<p>CRDB Bank Plc is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates to fill the vacant positions existing in the Department of ICT.<\/p>\n<p>The Bank seeks to recruit highly competent, self-motivated and professional individuals to fill the following positions:<\/p>\n<p><b>Specialist; Card System<\/b>\u00a0(3 positions)<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Summary.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>To provide level 2 support for Card Systems: ATM \/ POS switch, HSM, Card Management system, Card Production systems, International Payment Schemes, Integration with Third Party systems, Incident &amp; problems escalations and follow-up resolution of issues with vendors.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administration, configuration and maintenance of ATM \/POS switch and card management system.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain card systems portfolio by monitoring the status and challenges of existing systems, on-going projects and future\/prospective projects.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor \/ Support interfaces between CRDB Bank\u2019s card systems and third party vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Provide enhancement and support for card management switch, e-transaction services\/applications.<\/li>\n<li>Support Alternative Banking Channels and E-Fraud on card related transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Interact professionally with various departments.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Card production vendors for 2nd level support issues.<\/li>\n<li>Generate periodic E-channel reports.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Alternative Banking Channels unit on new card business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Perform integrations with card management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Leading in implementation, testing and certification of the switch, International Card scheme, device certification i.e. ATM, POS.<\/li>\n<li>Participating with other duties and projects as assigned and deemed necessary to meet the business need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience, Knowledge and Skills Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor degree in Computer Systems Technology or related academic field with ICT Service Management ITILv3 certifications.<br \/>\n3 Years experience in working in a banking IT environment.<br \/>\nExperience in issue analysis and resolution.<br \/>\nExperience and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced atmosphere.<br \/>\nExperience in managing Backup \/ Recovery processes and Systems \/ Business Continuity.<br \/>\nBe a team player that motivates and trains other team members.<br \/>\nKnowledge on Oracle database management.<br \/>\nOperating System: Working knowledge of MS Windows and UNIX (HP-UX, Linux) Operating Systems.<br \/>\nGood understanding of network technologies.<br \/>\nKnowledge of ATMs, POS and card production lifecycle.<br \/>\nBasic knowledge of Visa, MasterCard and Union Pay International technologies, operation and trends.<br \/>\nKnowledge of card management systems, switches and HSM.<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.<br \/>\nICT Service Management skills.<br \/>\nTroubleshooting and ICT problem solving skills.<br \/>\nExcellent Interpersonal and relationship skills.<\/p>\n<p><b>Remuneration<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p>CRDB BANK PLC offers competitive remuneration and benefits.
