These attitudes and believes shall guide our actions and relationships.<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties and responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement NRC\u2019s systems and procedures at area level<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines and donor requirements<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit reports and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper filing of all support documents<\/li>\n<li>Support line managers in procedures and require support team trainings<\/li>\n<li>Management of support team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the accounting, monitoring and reporting are according to NRC\u2019s and donor procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Support project staff in financial matters including budget preparation, budget monitoring and budget revisions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain budget control and monitor cash flow for the area\/country<\/li>\n<li>Ensure development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Provide anti-corruption training to all staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CPA Holder<\/li>\n<li>Masters in Finance \/Accounts 3years Experience from working as a Finance Coordinator in a humanitarian\/recovery context<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts<\/li>\n<li>Documented results related to the position\u2019s responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge about own leadership skills\/profile<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Personal qualities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing resources to optimize results<\/li>\n<li>Managing performance and development<\/li>\n<li>Analysing<\/li>\n<li>Empowering and building trustWe can offer<\/li>\n<li>Duty station: Kibondo<\/li>\n<li>Contract period is for 12 months with possibility of extension.<\/li>\n<li>Salary\/benefits: According to NRC\u2019s general directions, The candidate will observe NRC\u2019s code of conduct and working hours for the NRC Office in Kibondo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Application deadline:03\/04\/2020<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"httpsss:\/\/candidate.webcruiter.com\/en-gb\/Account\/SpaLogin?ReturnUrl=%2Fcv%3Fadvertid%3D4212774074%26language%3Den%26link_source_id%3D0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/a><\/b><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Finance Coordinator\u00a0 NRC Tanzania Office is looking for qualified candidate to work as Finance Coordinator base at Kibondo, Kigoma The purpose of a Finance Coordinator is to implement delegated area of responsibility.
