Our teams are multinational,multilingual and highly<br \/>\nexperienced,which allows us to provide world class service no matter the environment.<\/p>\n<p>Job Title:\u00a0<b>Logistic Supervisor<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b>Location: Dar es Salaam<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Purpose<\/b>: Business planning framework responsible for making sure cargo reach their destinations safely, securely, and on-time.<\/p>\n<p><b>Main Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and arrange logistics required shipment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective and timely implementation of all logisics daily operational goals.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee transportation of shipment from one location to another,such as from loading docks to site and also from site to the port by arranging pickups and deliveries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Attributes\/Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have good verbal and written communication skills to direct employees and prepare reports for upper management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to act decisively to resolve problems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and strong project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Refined ability to delegate responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>To be able to work under pressure without supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree\/Diploma or its equivalent in Logistics Management.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Clearing &amp;amp; forwarding,and shipping line procedures will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years working experience in CFA Industry.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Skilled in Tanzania Customs and Cargo Management System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Mode of Application:<\/b><br \/>\nQualified and experienced candidates are requested to apply and submit an application letter,curriculum vitae and copies of relevant academic and professional certificates via email to;\u00a0<b>psangaya@fsgroup.com<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b>DEADLINE: 20\/03\/2020 before 03:00pm.<\/p>\n<p><b>Warning:<\/b>\u00a0Never Pay To Get A Job.
