To date, StarTimes has established subsidiaries in more than 30 African countries, including Rwanda, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Mozambique, Guinea, D.R.C., South Africa\uff0c etc., and has started operations in some of them. With nearly 12 million DTV subscribers and 14 million OTT subscribers, StarTimes has now become the fastest-growing and the most influential digital TV operator in Africa.<\/p>\n<p><b>JOB OBJECTIVE:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>To ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Operation department at the shop\/Business halls by ensuring that service rendered to customers meet and exceed Customers\u2019 expectations according to Company\u2019s policies and procedures.\u00a0 Also to assist the Operations Director with any issues related to the Operation Department<\/p>\n<p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for sales volume and growth of the shop<\/li>\n<li>Stock taking and cash management at the shop<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all activities related to the shop in accordance to the company policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the shop is always clean and tidy<\/li>\n<li>Supervision and performance management of CSR\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Deal with customer directly and deal with any customers that may be escalated by CSR\u2019s as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all equipments and devices in the shop are in good working order<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that there are enough materials in the shop for effective running (stationery, cleaning materials, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Communicate any problems or issues to upper management or other departments<\/li>\n<li>Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports for upper management<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that any correspondence received is dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and chair meetings as appropriate (daily, weekly or monthly)<\/li>\n<li>Monitor business volumes in the shop and organize staff schedules accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Groom, motivate and manage all staffs in the shop work for business result<\/li>\n<li>Customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Any other tasks assigned by the upper management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least bachelor degree in business related studies<\/li>\n<li>Experience on related field is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills (basic knowledge)<\/li>\n<li>Sales skills required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Send your application\u2019s to: <b>info.tz@startimes.com.cn<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Deadline: send CV by 27th March 2020<\/p>\n<p><b>Warning:<\/b> Never Pay To Get A Job.
