Degree in Sales and Marketing\/Insurance<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Progress towards CII<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; At least 4 years\u2019 experience in marketing insurance products and managing visibility of company brand.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Experience in Insurance company is preferable<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Specification&#8230;<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct and control the branch team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and aligned so as to achieve company\u2019s objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Raise the company\u2019s profile and enhancing its visibility by positioning it strategically in the Industry through Brand Positioning and Brand Building<\/li>\n<li>Develop effective branch marketing strategies by creating a sustainable and comprehensive sales and marketing plans.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information at UAP Branch.<\/li>\n<li>Support Branch in establish innovative processes to manage existing customer expectations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a standardized service to all customers from Underwriting to Claims<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Growing the company&#8217;s portfolio through mining of new and existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Facilitation in product development.<\/li>\n<li>Support Branch staffs in in recruitment, training and development of a robust sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing attrition and assisting in designing retention strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining effective communication by establishing healthy PR with customers, management, internal departments in accordance with corporate strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Handle branch quotations based on proposals and requests to source business and satisfy customers<\/li>\n<li>Daily servicing of clients to nurture the relationship between the company and our customers<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Conduct branch market intelligence to get information<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Provide support services and training to agents, DSF and Banks partners<\/li>\n<li>Public Relations &#8211;
