We offer a range of retail, business, corporate and investment banking, wealth management products and services.<\/p>\n<p>Job Description\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Accountability: Achievement of Contracted Sales Target<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be accountable for end to end sales fulfillment<\/li>\n<li>Selectively acquire potentially profitable customers by converting qualified leads into a sale.<\/li>\n<li>Address customer needs by providing appropriate banking advice and guidance<\/li>\n<li>Extend customer relationships to relevant parties to address customer needs (for eg. Financial solution\u2019s, migrating<\/li>\n<li>customer to new segment, referring customer to internet\/telephone banking, increase credit facility, servicing etc)<\/li>\n<li>Achieve contracted sales targets according to sub-segment objectives<\/li>\n<li>Act as a single point of reference to appropriately channel the customer<\/li>\n<li>Selectively acquire potentially profitable customers by converting qualified leads into a sale.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively retain, cross-sell and expand utilization of products and services by converting qualified leads into sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Accountability: Effective Team Membership and Self-development<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure punctuality and availability to clients at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Create an environment enabling tellers to satisfy clients\u2019 needs.<\/li>\n<li>Promote the use of electronic medium (ATMs, Internet Banking).<\/li>\n<li>Identify cross-selling opportunities + leads and refer to sales consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all tellers have sufficient cash and stationary at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely authorization of teller transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and control effective ATM replenishment and balancing.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a neat and tidy workstation-practice, a clear desk policy.<\/li>\n<li>Portray a professional image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Accountability: People Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise a team of teller to ensure effective daily operations<\/li>\n<li>Coach and mentor team members on a daily basis on how to improve their own productivity and use of the bank\u2019s processes and systems<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain a succession plan for the team<\/li>\n<li>Monitor overtime and ensure that it is kept to a minimum.
