Position Title: Inspirator on Civic Participation for Kilwa LRP<\/b>
\n
\n<\/b> Roles:<\/b>
\nEnhanced meaningful participation of young men and women in decision making processes through mobilization and engagement in the existing government structures, and governance processes.
\nStrengthen the capacity of the Local Rights Program and partners in area of civic participation<\/p>\n
Required skills & core competences<\/b>
\nFirst Degree\/Advanced Diploma in Sociology, Social Work or Development Studs \/Political science with two years\u2019 experience in youth development field related<\/p>\n
Personal qualifications:<\/b>
\nExperience in advocacy and campaign work.
\nExperience in working as volunteer and ability to be adaptable and flexible.
\nExperience in young people mobilization in developing countries.
\nCoordination of young people movements\/ networks\/alliances.<\/p>\n
Duty station:<\/b> Kilwa<\/p>\n
Position Title: Inspirator on Decent Work and Economic Opportunities Unguja Local Rights Program<\/b>
\n
\n<\/b> Roles:<\/b>
\nInfluence budget increase for youth economic empowerment and decent employment policies and strategies in place at local and national level
\nStrengthen capacities of the Local Rights Programs and partners staff on decent work and economic opportunities and its linkages to related policies.
\nEnhance meaningful participation of young men and women in decision making processes through mobilization and engagement in the existing government structures, and governance processes.<\/p>\n
Required skills & core competences:<\/b>
\nKnowledge on youth development issues and youth development policy of the country<\/p>\n
Personal qualifications:<\/b>
\nFirst degree\/Advanced Diploma in Sociology, Social Work or Development Studies with two years\u2019 experience in youth development related fields including economic opportunities and policy works

Position Title: Inspirator on Civic Participation Empowerment for Pemba Local Rights Program<\/b>

\nEnhance meaningful participation of young men and women in decision making processes through mobilization and engagement in the existing government structures, and governance processes
\nEnhance the knowledge and skills of Pemba Youth Voice Organization to be able to engage with communities and government in demanding their rights
\nSupport partners to carry out action research to establish evidence for advocacy and campaigning
\n
\n<\/b> Required skills & core competences\u00a0<\/b>
\nMinimum 3 years of experience in the following
\nAdvocacy and campaigns, Youth and Women Rights
\nTraining and Facilitation skills including participatory methodolo\u00adgies, Documentation
\nGood analytical skills, Communication skills
\nKnowledge on MEL systems and framework and ability to do fund raising mechanisms<\/p>\n
Personal qualifications:<\/b>
\nFirst degree or Advanced Diploma in social science is essential coupled up with experience in project manage\u00adment

Position Title: Inspirator on Gender Responsive Public Service and Tax Justice for Mafia Local Rights Program<\/b>

\n<\/b> Roles:<\/b>
\nInfluencing government to review, amend and enforce legislatives, systems and institutions
\nTo ensure improved generation of domestic resources for gender responsive public services funding.<\/p>\n
Required skills & core competences<\/b>
\nCommunity mobilization & organization skills.
\nBudget and policy analysis skills in respect of gender responsive public services, Fundraising skills
\nLeadership skills, Project management skills
\nMovement building Tax justice experience especially in relation to fund public services<\/p>\n
Personal qualifications:<\/b>
\nFirst degree or Advanced Diploma from government recognized Institution.
\nDuty station: <\/b>Mafia District<\/p>\n
