Right To Play is legally registered under the NGO act of 2002 with certificate of compliance number 1501 working in Dar Es Salaam, Kigoma, Morogoro and Mara.<\/p>\n<p>Right lb Play is recruiting exciting positions to support implementation of education program in Kibondo Kigoma<\/p>\n<p>Position \u2013 <b>Field Facilitator<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b> Closing Date: \u2013 March 7th . 2020<br \/>\nWork location: \u2013 Kibondo- Kigoma<br \/>\nAuthorized to Work in \u2013 Tanzania (for Tanzanian national only)<br \/>\nEmployment Start Date: \u2013 Immediately<br \/>\nContract Duration: \u2013 1 year with possibility of Extension based on funding availability.<\/p>\n<p><b>JOB SUMMARY:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Field Facilitators reports directly to the Project Officer and are responsible for the implementation of Right To Play project activities and providing support and guidance to the community team in using RTP tools in the project location.<\/p>\n<p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Activity planning and implementation (45% of Time):<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ensures participation of partners, children\/young people and stakeholders in the process of project planning and implementation of the proposed activities.<br \/>\nSupports Teachers and teachers Trainers and teachers\u2019 networks in developing their activity plans and schedules, encourages their initiatives while ensuring alignment with project proposal, facilitates their activities and reports to the PO.<br \/>\nSupport schools and partners to organizes and conduct special events activities, play days and sports tournaments.<br \/>\nIn coordination with Partners. Teachers. Coaches and Coach Trainers, evaluates events, provides updates of lessons learned and best practices and reports on progress and challenges as they arise.<br \/>\nManages the logistical arrangements for training workshops and events.<br \/>\nAssesses training needs of Teachers. Teachers trainers and Coaches. Junior Leaders, and partners, recommends the suitable intervention and works with them to develop training schedules.<br \/>\nOrganizes and facilitates training workshops conducted by other program staff and participates in the training as required.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 *<br \/>\nFacilitates the training sessions conducted by District Education Officials. School quality assurers and other stakeholders, evaluates them and reports to the PO.<br \/>\nHandles equipment management and distribution in the assigned schools and community.<br \/>\nHandles advance payments and manages cash used for the activity implementation.<br \/>\nFollows up on how partners are spending budget received for project implementation in the location and verifies the accuracy of their financial reports and receipts and reports to the PO.<br \/>\nAssesses needs for facility repairs and upgrades in the community, facilitates the authorized work and ensures that overall work has been completed in accordance with the approved standards.<\/p>\n<p><b>Monitoring and reporting (20% of Time):<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Conducts regular field visits with education officials, school\u2019s quality assurers, partners. Teachers Trainers and Coaches to follow up and provide support as needed.<br \/>\nParticipates in workshops\/training to partners. Teachers. Coaches and Trainers in the quantitative data collection tods and qualitative monitoring tools and ensures accurate and timely submission of quantitative and qualitative data to RTP team.<br \/>\nProvides narrative, qualitative and quantitative monitoring information\/data to support monthly, quarterly and annual reports to update Country and Regional Office on project progress.<br \/>\nSubmits financial reports related to activity implementation.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0Establish and maintain partnerships. (20% of Time):<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Identifies schools and community needs, participates in the selection of partner schools, communities and partners to be included in RTP program in the respective Field.<br \/>\nRepresents RTP in the project location and relevant forums and have regular consultations with local partners, stakeholders and key beneficiaries in the assigned community<\/p>\n<p><b>Supervision and guidance 00% of Time):<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Work with Quality Assurers to Conducts performance assessment of Teachers. Trainers and Coaches and recommends supportive measured to improve the quality of the program.<br \/>\nIn collaboration and consultation with partners, po and the Training Officer implements a Teacher motivation approach that will be approved by the organization<br \/>\nRecommends Teachers and Coaches for certification and discuss with the government responsible body about teachers\u2019 certification.<\/p>\n<p><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (must have):<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Education or any related discipline.<br \/>\n3 years\u2019 experience in developing and implementing training sessions some of which should have been in senior level working with NGOs<\/p>\n<p><b>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Asset to have):<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Experience implementing a development program with local populations in both rural and urban settings.<br \/>\nExperience in training, leading workshops and teaching.<br \/>\nExperience with the government education system and curriculum development<br \/>\nPersonal sport and activity background with coaching experience.<br \/>\nHolds a valid driver\u2019s license for motorbike.<\/p>\n<p><b>HOW TO APPLY:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in applying fa this position, please send your resume and cover letter to: <b>TanzaniaHr@righttoplay.com<\/b> and kindly include title you are applying to and your name in subject line.<\/p>\n<p>While we thank all applicants for their interest, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>Right To Play provides equal employment opportunities to employees regardless of their gender, race, religion, age. disability, sexual orientation or marital status.
