Collector, Commission Based"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019-CreativeAD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"8884173138\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0<b>Collector, Commission Based<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>Overview<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Job ID: 46523<\/li>\n<li>Job Sector: Banking<\/li>\n<li>Country: Tanzania<\/li>\n<li>Region\/State\/Province\/District: Dar es Salaam Region<\/li>\n<li>Location: Dar es Salaam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Details<\/b><br \/>\nRisk Management: understanding all risks \u2013 from the economic to the political \u2013 that could affect our global business, and offering guidance to all parts of the bank<br \/>\nJob Purpose<br \/>\nTo effectively work all written off accounts to contribute towards increasing the recovery rate and diligently update control registers, outsourced files and supply of demographic information when required.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>Key Responsibilities\/Accountabilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To institute recovery action on all Written off accounts as and when required.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve recoveries monthly targets of 35M to ensure effective contribution to the Banks P&amp;L<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Identify write off accounts which are collectable\/uncollectable and declare them irrecoverable\/abandonment while following the laid down procedures.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Maintaining individual portfolio and ensure its properly maintained monthly and shared to TL<\/li>\n<li>Create and Maintain MI<\/li>\n<li>To assist in ensuring that present and future departmental objectives are achieved by maximising the recovery on Written off accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize accounts on which assets are unaccounted for.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Banks control are adhered and followed as described in the guide down procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all accounts have been worked and recorded in FCM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019 Links AD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9648899391\" data-ad-format=\"link\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>Preferred Qualification and Experience<\/b><br \/>\nExperience &amp;
