Contractors needs to complete worksite safety training prior to working in the plant.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring day-to-day supervision of high risk works within the plant, conduct inspections and evaluation of the HSE performance of the contractor.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying potential hazards &amp; conducting HSE risk analysis prior to tender and prior to beginning of works.<\/li>\n<li>Making the workforce aware of the consequences of the occupational hazards and precautions to be taken prior to being involved in works.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct HSE inspections, toolbox talks and audits, issue violation notices and recommend for rewards.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in incident investigation and analysis, follow up of corrective\/preventive actions.<\/li>\n<li>Report all incidents to Lubricant Operations Manager and HSEQ Manager<\/li>\n<li>Making sure of the availability of proper PPEs and correct usage.<\/li>\n<li>Create and review HSE programs, policies and procedures and conduct gap analysis of new company rules.<\/li>\n<li>Execution of Emergency Response procedures conduct drills and site safety meetings on monthly bases.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to build a very strong safety culture among employees and contractors working at LOBP.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance to HSE Policy, site rules, golden rules, use of stop card, local regulations, PPE and day-to- day practices in the plant.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the overall inspection &amp; audit activities, prepare action plan and ensure implementation of actions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the security personnel are carrying their duties as per the requirements &amp; procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Inserting all reported incidents and near misses to the non-conformance register and Ramses and ensure periodic follow-up of proposed actions.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate site safety meetings, mandatory training (required by the law).<\/li>\n<li>Protect the environment from pollution (air, land and water).<\/li>\n<li>Complete any other tasks as assigned by your superiors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019 Links AD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9648899391\" data-ad-format=\"link\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>Context and environment<\/b><\/p>\n<p>HSE is a responsibility of everyone, your main objective must be to build a strong safety culture among all employees and contractors working at your site.<br \/>\nWorking long hours and sometimes during weekend, public holidays.<br \/>\nClose coordination with;<\/p>\n<p>Internally: Operations manager, Plant manager, Logistics &amp; Dispatch and Specialties manager.<br \/>\nExternally: Contractors, Consultants, Transporters, Customers, Government institutions such OSHA &amp; NEMC.<\/p>\n<p><b>Candidate profile<\/b><br \/>\nMust possess at least 3 years of work experience in HSE.<br \/>\nMust possess a degree from a recognized higher learning institution.<br \/>\nMust possess HSE qualifications, and an engineering background will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nMust have a good command of English language (speaking and writing), should be an effective communicator.<br \/>\nMust possess computer skills, conversant with Microsoft word, power point and excel.<br \/>\nMust be independent, able to deliver under minimum supervision and able to work under high pressure environment<\/p>\n<p>Offer ID<br \/>\n25864BR<br \/>\nM\u00e9tier<br \/>\nH3SEQGenResponsibil\/Polyval<br \/>\nRegion, department, area<br \/>\nTanzania<br \/>\nEmployment type<br \/>\nFixed term position<\/p>\n<p><b>Experience Level Required<\/b><\/p>\n<p>3 \u2013 6 years<br \/>\nBranch<br \/>\nMarketing &amp; Services<\/p>\n<p><b>About Us \/ Company Profile<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Give your best to better energy and make the commitment with Total.
