In line with its strategy to expand its operations in Tanzania. Key job responsibilities will include to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all contracts pertaining to Natural Gas Sales Agreements (GSA), Product Sharing Agreements (PSA), Joint Operating Agreements (JOA);<\/li>\n<li>Ascertain that the company\u2019s operations and or activities are carried out in accordance with laid down procedures, rules, regulations, standards and applicable laws of the country;<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for internal and external audit process management;<\/li>\n<li>Advise and provide guidance on all matters relating to the country\u2019s financial and tax regulations as mandated within the oil and gas industry;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective and appropriate recording of the company\u2019s tax liabilities within the GL;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review computations for relevant tax liabilities including: income, deferred and transfer pricing, and ensure prompt tax remittances;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial information and periodic financial reports as per business requirements and management\u2019s request; and<\/li>\n<li>Train, coach and manage performance of the finance team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n<\/b> <b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent;<\/li>\n<li>Certified CIMA or member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or Certified Public Accountant or equivalent;<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics and or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized university is an added advantage;<\/li>\n<li>5 years relevant working experience at a managerial level;<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills; and<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience effectively engaging with multiple stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><a href=\"httpsss:\/\/apply.workable.com\/deloitte-eastafrica\/j\/211C328C56\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Warning:<\/b> Never Pay To Get A Job.
