{"id":13996,"date":"2020-01-13T16:29:53","date_gmt":"2020-01-13T13:29:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/?p=13996"},"modified":"2020-01-13T16:29:53","modified_gmt":"2020-01-13T13:29:53","slug":"job-opportunity-at-vipaji-inc-corporate-limited-operations-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/job-opportunity-at-vipaji-inc-corporate-limited-operations-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Opportunity at Vipaji Inc Corporate Limited, Operations Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Operations Manager<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Overview<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Department: Operation<\/p>\n<p><b>Job description<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development and implementation of policies and procedures that lead to customer delight and a superior service experience<\/li>\n<li>Oversee field operations including the planning, scheduling, supervision, quality control and follow ups on customer installations and scalls.<\/li>\n<li>Development and implement initiatives to ensure high customer retention and loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Generate and analyze various reports and statistics on how the company is performing vis-\u00e0-vis various KPI\u2019s including customer delight, service level, appointments, agent productivity, etc<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines and also perform budget allocation and expense management for all business operational activities.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance and set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure resource assignment, work allocation, training development and performance assessments are completed in timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with customers while ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors\u2019 degree in one of these areas:, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration.
