We\u2019re looking to grow our team with highly talented and motivated employees who are excited to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.<\/p>\n<p><b>Our Vision<\/b><br \/>\nDominate the duka market across Africa by being their #1 partner for all goods and services by 2021.<br \/>\nSokowatch will provide everything a duka needs, no wholesalers or distributors necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Role:<b>\u00a0Customer Sales Agents\u00a0<\/b>3 post<\/p>\n<p>Location: Dar es salaam Arusha, Mwanza Tanzania<br \/>\nWe seek to employ a highly qualified and motivated Sales Representative who will be responsible for<br \/>\nproviding personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers, driving product<br \/>\nvolumes and profit growth in the key retail chains as well as manage customer relationships,<br \/>\ndocumenting and reporting on customer feedback in order to improve the customer experience.<br \/>\nReporting to; Customer Sales Lead<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive revenue and customer retention through customer relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Assist the delivery agents in customer order generation, as well as customer experience management.<\/li>\n<li>Help our customers navigate both our product portfolio and services<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on leads and prospects to close on the sale<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Drive customer satisfaction, through effectively solving customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\n<\/b> <b>Key Relationships Internal stakeholders:<\/b> Customer Care Department, Credit team and<\/p>\n<p>Delivery Agent Team<br \/>\nExternal stakeholders: Customers<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Skills and Competencies<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of experience in key account management<\/li>\n<li>Diploma in customer service, communications, marketing or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Sales skills ie able to pitch a sale,up-selling and cross-selling<\/li>\n<li>Great Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build relationships<\/li>\n<li>Customer-centric individual<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in a call center<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Good business sense and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualified candidates to send their applications to <b>careers@sokowatch.com <\/b>clearing indicating<br \/>\n\u2018Customer service\u00a0 Dar es Salaam or Mwanza or Arusha\u2019 on the subject by 30th January 2020.
