Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.<\/p>\n<p>Reports to: Branch Manager<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.<\/li>\n<li>Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.<\/li>\n<li>Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.<\/li>\n<li>Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.<\/li>\n<li>Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.<\/li>\n<li>Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Sales Representative Qualifications and Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer service<\/li>\n<li>Meeting sales goals<\/li>\n<li>Closing skills<\/li>\n<li>Territory management<\/li>\n<li>Prospecting skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Self-confidence<\/li>\n<li>Product knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Client relationships<\/li>\n<li>Motivation for sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\n<\/b> <b>Knowledge and Skills:<\/b><br \/>\nDiploma or degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred<br \/>\nOne to three years of industry sales experience<br \/>\nFamiliarity with office software and phone systemsRecommended:<\/p>\n<p>Expected salary: 400,000\/= Tshs.<\/p>\n<p>How to apply:<\/p>\n<p>USE THE APPLY NOW BUTTON OR LINK BELOW TO SEND YOUR APPLICATION.
