{"id":13828,"date":"2020-01-07T13:19:49","date_gmt":"2020-01-07T10:19:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/?p=13828"},"modified":"2020-01-07T13:19:49","modified_gmt":"2020-01-07T10:19:49","slug":"job-opportunity-at-exodus-group-limited-group-legal-human-resources-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/job-opportunity-at-exodus-group-limited-group-legal-human-resources-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Opportunity at Exodus Group Limited &#8211; Group Legal &amp; Human Resources Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Position: <b>Group Legal &amp; Human Resources Manager<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b> <b>Job Summary<\/b><br \/>\nExodus Group Limited with Head Offices at Chang&#8217;ombe Temeke Dar es salaam is looking for a Group Legal &amp; Human Resources Manager.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the administration of the Human Resources policies and procedures and also carry out recruitment, discipline, grievance handling, performance management, reward and career development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Perform administration related activities such as Employees welfare and other related logistics matters.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure staff regulations and other human resources policies are effectively complied in the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Advises Employers on Labour laws and related legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Representing the Company to various HR related meetings, hearings etc<\/li>\n<li>To ensure all employment contracts are prepared based on standard contract template.<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all staff personnel files are updated.<\/li>\n<li>Acts as companies Advocate in all legal matters (routine and as they arise).<\/li>\n<li>Performing other duties assigned by the management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven relevant experience of not less than ten (10) years, five (5) of which must be at managerial level.<\/li>\n<li>PC literacy and hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of labour law.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>BS degree in Legal or Human Resources or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Age limit of 45yrs and above.<\/li>\n<li>Ladies are highly encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to apply:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Send 1 page resume(detailing personal information, qualifications and summary of experience only) to <b>info@maicatering.co.tz<\/b>.
