{"id":13734,"date":"2020-01-06T16:06:55","date_gmt":"2020-01-06T13:06:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/?p=13734"},"modified":"2020-01-06T16:06:55","modified_gmt":"2020-01-06T13:06:55","slug":"job-opportunity-at-danish-refugee-council-information-management-assistant-inter-agency-help-desk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/job-opportunity-at-danish-refugee-council-information-management-assistant-inter-agency-help-desk\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Opportunity at Danish Refugee Council, Information Management Assistant- Inter- Agency Help Desk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job title: <b>Information Management Assistant- Inter- Agency help desk, GFD<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Employment category: Grade E, level 1<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to: GFD Project Manager<\/p>\n<p>Technical line manager: Area manager<\/p>\n<p>Direct reports: \u2013<\/p>\n<p>Unit\/department: GFD<\/p>\n<p>Location: Kibondo (Nduta\/Mtendeli)<\/p>\n<p><b>Authorization level: \u2013<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Overall purpose of the role: The information management assistant- inter-agency is responsible for supporting the inter-agency GFD feedback mechanism, handling complaints\/feedback from the community, managing complaints\/feedback to go through the feedback cycle, providing general administrative support to the inter-agency Help desk.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities: <\/b>(in bullet points)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive feedback\/complaints\/request for information from the refugee community at the inter-agency help desk collaborate with other feedback colleagues to ensure timely response is provided to refugees\u2019 complaints, concerns or queries.<\/li>\n<li>Assist refugees at the inter-agency help desk as appropriate by providing information, signposting to other agencies, writing referrals to other agencies<\/li>\n<li>Accurately record complaints\/feedback\/requests in the Feedback Database using computerized systems and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data and information about complaints and feedback given by refugees and ensure that information is stored safely.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in routine feedback sessions with community and\/or its leadership structures<\/li>\n<li>Participating in other UNHCR \/Inter-agency GFD feedback mechanism activities<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duty as assigned by the GFD Project Manager<\/li>\n<li>Experience and technical competencies: (include years of experience)<\/li>\n<li>At least 2-year experience in working in refugee context<\/li>\n<li>At least 1-year work experience in implementing GFD activities or related sector<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in international organizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education:<\/b> (include certificates, licenses etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor Degree in social sciences, political science, development, law or other related fields<br \/>\nCore<\/p>\n<p>Application due: 1\/14\/2020<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"httpsss:\/\/candidate.hr-manager.net\/ApplicationInit.aspx?cid=1036&amp;ProjectId=158049&amp;uiculture=en&amp;MediaId=5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Warning:<\/b> Never Pay To Get A Job.
