Job Summary:\u00a0 <\/b>The Telesales Officer will be working with a database of existing and former clients to procure sales.<\/p>\n
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:<\/b>
\nThe applicant must hold a Degree in a relevant field.
\nOne year of experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.
\nProven sales skills, by demonstrated success in consistently meeting sales goals.
\nProven skills in customer service.
\nProactive follow-up of leads generated.
\nCall centre experience i.e. attending to outbound and inbound calls.
\nAbility to interest customers in taking repeat loans.
\nAbility to acquire referrals from existing clients.
\nComputer knowledge.
\nExcellent numerical and analytical skills.
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/p>\n
