The Regional Manager\u2019s Office TANROADS \u2013 Arusha, on behalf of the Chief Executive, TANROADS, intends to recruit qualified and competent Tanzanian to fill various vacant posts on specific duties short-terms contracts within the Region.<\/p>\n
Successful applicants must be ready to work for considerable lengths of time if situations warrants.<\/p>\n
POSITION TITLE:<\/b> OFFICE ASSISTANT (1 POST)<\/p>\n
Educational\/Professional qualifications: \u2013<\/b><\/p>\n
Holder of a Form IV Certificate;
\nMust be fluent in Kiswahili and preferably be able to communicate in English;
\nAge Limit: 25-35 years.
\nMust be a Tanzanian Citizen;
\nHolder of certificate in office attendant\/Basic cleaning will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
Duties and responsibilities: \u2013<\/b><\/p>\n
Cleaning offices, washrooms and office premises;
\nPreparing and serving tea, coffee and refreshments;
\nMoving files and documents as directed;
\nUndertaking photocopying\/or binding of documents as directed;
\nDispatching letters or parcels;
\nObserving good customer care, dignity and integrity;
\nReporting all matters to the Shift In-charge; senior staff<\/p>\n
SALARY:<\/b> Shall be TANROADS Salary Scale TRS 1.7<\/p>\n
