{"id":13447,"date":"2019-12-23T14:48:57","date_gmt":"2019-12-23T11:48:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/?p=13447"},"modified":"2019-12-23T14:48:57","modified_gmt":"2019-12-23T11:48:57","slug":"job-opportunities-at-accessbank-tanzania-abt-sme-loan-officers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/job-opportunities-at-accessbank-tanzania-abt-sme-loan-officers\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Opportunities at AccessBank Tanzania (ABT) &#8211; SME Loan Officers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JOB TITLE: <b>SME LOAN OFFICERS\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nAccessBank Tanzania Limited is currently looking for self-motivated individuals who are interested in pursuing his\/her career as an SME Loan Officer, we encourage individuals that meet the below requirements to send their updated CV and application letter through to career@accessbank.co.tz<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake Compliance monitoring and policy testing review in accordance with the plan<\/li>\n<li>Clean portfolio with PAR below 5% and consistency performance for the past 6 months.<\/li>\n<li>Screen clients\/applicants in regards to eligibility requirements for SME Loans<\/li>\n<li>Analyse the required client\u2019s\/applicant\u2019s documentation and\/or information accurately and in the correct format place<\/li>\n<li>Present and justify credit proposals to the Credit Committee to gain approval<\/li>\n<li>Ensure disbursement process is followed from screening to disbursement within 1 to 2 business weeks<\/li>\n<li>Achieve disbursement targets as defined by the bank \u2013 Weekly\/Monthly and ensure quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Print a report daily from LFS MBS, and assess Portfolio\u2019s at Risk (PAR) \u2013 follow standard recovery procedures<\/li>\n<li>Maintain PAR at 5% PAR1 and ensure scheduled client monitoring visitation are in place<\/li>\n<li>Legal \u2013 Client security and recovery documentation is verified and easily retrievable to ensure accurate and timely disbursement and recovery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements and Baseline Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar role (Micro or Agro Loan Services)<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Accounts, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or other related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in regulatory compliances would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of bank laws, regulations and regulatory agencies<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of AccessBank products and services<\/li>\n<li>Immense ability to compose reports<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel<\/li>\n<li>An honest person with high integrity and independence who will observe professional ethics in executing his\/her duties<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to learn and improve continuously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"tr_bq\"><p><b>Application Deatils and Deadline:<\/b>Qualified candidates can send their CVs and application letters to the email: <b>career@accessbank.co.tz<\/b>. before 30th December 2019.
