T-MARC Tanzania is a non-profit Tanzanian organization working to improve public health and promote social development. Our socially marketed products and behavior change communication initiatives address pertinent health issues in family planning and reproductive health, child survival, water and sanitation, nutrition and communicable\/non-communicable infections like malaria, HIV\/AIDS and cervical cancer.<\/p>\n
Currently, we are seeking suitable qualified candidates to fill in below positions for USAID Social Enterprise Support Activity (USESA). T-MARC through USESA grows the total market for priority health products by applying social enterprise responsibly: focusing on increasing users, reducing inequities, mitigating risks of crowding out the commercial sector, and sharing evidence and learning with all stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Position:\u00a0Zonal Manager<\/b><\/p>\n
Reports to: Social Enterprise Director<\/p>\n
Location: Mwanza<\/p>\n
Broad Function:<\/b><\/p>\n
This position is responsible for the day-to-day sales activities, develop strategies to achieve annual sales targets, Debt collection and assess the sales & distribution team for continuous improvement, maintaining customer relationships with key stakeholders such as regional distributors, wholesalers and ensuring key deliverables are met.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n
A bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration or related field, MBA is an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years\u2019 managerial experience in sales and distribution preferably FMCG industry and with demonstrable track record of delivering consistently, with a tangible outcome.<\/p>\n
