T-MARC Tanzania is a non-profit Tanzanian organization working to improve public health and promote social development. Our socially marketed products and behavior change communication initiatives address pertinent health issues in family planning and reproductive health, child survival, water and sanitation, nutrition and communicable\/non-communicable infections like malaria, HIV\/AIDS and cervical cancer.<\/p>\n
Currently, we are seeking suitable qualified candidates to fill in below positions for USAID Social Enterprise Support Activity (USESA). T-MARC through USESA grows the total market for priority health products by applying social enterprise responsibly: focusing on increasing users, reducing inequities, mitigating risks of crowding out the commercial sector, and sharing evidence and learning with all stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Broad Function:<\/b><\/p>\n
The incumbent is responsible for the design and tracking T-MARC sustainability key performance indicators; business performance analysis, guidance in cost analysis and optimization, macro and micro trend analysis, recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; identification and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and Excel dashboards, increase productivity by developing automated reporting\/forecasting tools, perform market research, business intelligence and industry benchmarking.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n
A bachelor\u2019s degree in business or related field or an MBA. A minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in business analysis or a related field. Ability to support business transition and helping to establish change. Knowledge and experience in business dynamics domestically and Internationally is valuable.<\/p>\n
