T-MARC Tanzania is a non-profit Tanzanian organization working to improve public health and promote social development. Our socially marketed products and behavior change communication initiatives address pertinent health issues in family planning and reproductive health, child survival, water and sanitation, nutrition and communicable\/non-communicable infections like malaria, HIV\/AIDS and cervical cancer.<\/p>\n
Currently, we are seeking suitable qualified candidates to fill in below positions for USAID Social Enterprise Support Activity (USESA). T-MARC through USESA grows the total market for priority health products by applying social enterprise responsibly: focusing on increasing users, reducing inequities, mitigating risks of crowding out the commercial sector, and sharing evidence and learning with all stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Position : Marketing Manager<\/p>\n
Reports to : Social Enterprise Director<\/p>\n
Location\u00a0 :\u00a0 Dar es Salaam<\/p>\n
Broad Function: This position is accountable for developing and managing the implementation of the Marketing and Brand strategy for the organization. The position covers the full marketing mix; strategic planning, market research and analysis.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n
Holder of bachelor\u2019s degree in business or related field or an MBAA minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in marketing field and with demonstrable track record of delivering consistently excellent, integrated marketing campaigns with tangible outcomes. Demonstrable experience in marketing and Sales, and building customer loyalty is key.<\/p>\n
