T-MARC Tanzania is a non-profit Tanzanian organization working to improve public health and promote social development. Our socially marketed products and behavior change communication initiatives address pertinent health issues in family planning and reproductive health, child survival, water and sanitation, nutrition and communicable\/non-communicable infections like malaria, HIV\/AIDS and cervical cancer.<\/p>\n
Currently, we are seeking suitable qualified candidates to fill in below positions for USAID Social Enterprise Support Activity (USESA). T-MARC through USESA grows the total market for priority health products by applying social enterprise responsibly: focusing on increasing users, reducing inequities, mitigating risks of crowding out the commercial sector, and sharing evidence and learning with all stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Reports to :\u00a0<\/b>Zonal Manager<\/p>\n
Locations :<\/b>\u00a0Kilimanjaro (1), Iringa (1), Kahama (1), Dodoma (1) & Dar es Salaam (2)<\/p>\n
Broad Function:<\/b><\/p>\n
Sales representative is responsible for achieving and meeting agreed annual target on Sales Volume, income generation, coverage and penetration. Personal contact and secures new business accounts\/customers.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n
Graduate degree or its equivalent with at least six (6) months of experience in the sales and distribution preferably FMCG sector. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Having a valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
