In order to support our dynamic expansion process, we are looking forward to recruit self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our bank as Relationship Officer.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Purpose<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Relationship Officer is responsible to grow, develop, monitor and manage a high quality loan portfolio. For this they must meet their individual targets set by the bank in compliance with all the bank\u2019s policies, procedures and processes. They must conduct themselves professionally in-keeping with the banks brand values and provide excellent customer service to the bank\u2019s current and potential clients.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0Duties and Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct planned direct promotion\/marketing activities for products and services offered by the bank<\/li>\n<li>Screen clients\/applicants in regards to eligibility requirements for a Micro Loan condition.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all documentation for committee approval is compliant with Credit Procedure \u2013 Applicant Credit Proposal<\/li>\n<li>Achieve disbursement and deposit targets as defined by the bank \u2013 Weekly\/Monthly and ensure quality\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 standards<\/li>\n<li>Adherence to the latest version of the Credit Procedure Annexure \u2013 Micro Loan Eligibility Requirements<\/li>\n<li>Proactively conduct pre and post monitoring visits to clients ensuring the clients ability to make repayments based on their financial and personal situations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate loan disbursement \u2013 Client &amp; Credit Back office.<\/li>\n<li>Attend all meetings required and\/or set by branch management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019 Links AD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9648899391\" data-ad-format=\"link\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>Requirements and Baseline Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience\u00a0 not necessary .<\/li>\n<li>Degree in accounts, Baking and Finance, Degree in Agriculture\/ Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, Business administration or related experience.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Immense ability to write composition reports.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge in use of Microsoft word and excel.<\/li>\n<li>Honest person with high integrity and independence who will observe professional ethics in executing his\/her duties<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Ability and willingness to learn and improve continuously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications can be made through\u00a0<b>career@accessbank.co.tz<\/b>\u00a0or<\/p>\n<p><b>Human Resources Department,\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Head Office,\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Kijitonyama opposite Makumbusho village,\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Derm House\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<b>P.O BOX 95068\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>DSM.DO NOT send applications more than once.
