The company seeks to appoint a resourceful, energetic, dynamic and self driven individual to fill the following vacant posts with immediate effect.<\/p>\n<p>Job Title:\u00a0<b>Training Manager<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job purpose:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for provision of training specialist support to empower business efficient and high performance by developing, facilitating and supervising training programs for employees through assessment of training needs of a business, through job analysis, career paths and consultation with respective managers.<br \/>\nTo implementation of the training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs and coaching that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce of the organization<\/p>\n<p><b>Output\/Core Tasks:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop training manuals that target tangible results.<\/li>\n<li>Implement effective and purposeful training methods.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage the training budget.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.<\/li>\n<li>Assess employees\u2019 skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.<\/li>\n<li>Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization\u2019s goals.<\/li>\n<li>Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019 Links AD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9648899391\" data-ad-format=\"link\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>Qualification<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources or Commerce with Education related field (essential).<br \/>\nA minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in training and development management preferably in financial services.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0Knowledge and Competences<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and Swahili.<\/li>\n<li>Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.<\/li>\n<li>Fantastic organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic and creative mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Change management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong team building<\/li>\n<li>Desire for continuous learning to be able to improve existing practices<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail High level strategic thinking, innovative and creative thinking excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>A keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results by creating an effective and efficient workforce outstanding facilitators of learning and change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you believe you are the right candidate for the above position, please submit your application with a comprehensive CV to the undernoted address or via email to\u00a0<b>recruitment@sanlamlifeinsurance.co.tz<\/b>\u00a0not later than 13th December 2019.<\/p>\n<p><b>Chief Executive Officer<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Sanlam Life Insurance (T) Limited<\/b><br \/>\n<b>9th Floor Amani Place, Ohio Street<\/b><br \/>\n<b>P.O.
