We\u2019re looking to grow our team with highly talented and motivated employees who are excited to work in a fast-paced and dynamic start up environment.<\/p>\n<p><b>Role:<\/b>\u00a0People &amp; Culture Intern<\/p>\n<p><b>Reporting To:<\/b>\u00a0People &amp; Culture Associate<\/p>\n<p><b>Location<\/b>: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania<\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><br \/>\nThe successful candidate will possess:<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0Updating of employee information on the staff master list.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in the on-boarding process for all new employees.<br \/>\n\u2022 Drafting contracts for all agents.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in the end to end employee life cycle of agents.<br \/>\n\u2022 Exit management for agents and assist in exit management for all other staff.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage employee records for agents in a confidential manner, including exiting records.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate administration tasks e.g. office shopping and office management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in performance management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in the management of employee benefits and welfare.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in leave management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in implementing any HR projects.<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertake any lawful duties as may be assigned by the P&amp;C manager.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019 Links AD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9648899391\" data-ad-format=\"link\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will possess:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1-2 years of experience.<br \/>\n\u2022 Bachelor in HR Management or Diploma in HR.<br \/>\n\u2022 Current Associate IHRM membership.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong in oral and written communication in English.<br \/>\n\u2022 Good interpersonal abilities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Database management and record keeping.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of the job requirements.<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrate strong abilities as an organizer, relationship builder, negotiator, problem solver, public speaker, and customer services person.<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to conduct basic training for a group of employees (e.g. on boarding).<br \/>\n\u2022 Must love working with people.<\/p>\n<p>Qualified candidates to send their applications to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@sokowatch.com\">careers@sokowatch.com<\/a>\u00a0clearing indicating \u2018People and culture Intern\u2019 on the subject by\u00a0<b>30th November 2019<\/b>.
