Welcome and greet guests and inform guests of hotel rates and services<br \/>\n2. Answer and direct incoming calls and confirm reservations for guests<br \/>\n3. ensure proper room allocation and confirm relevant guest information<br \/>\n4. verify guest&#8217;s payment method and issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms<br \/>\n5. compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts<br \/>\n6. Retrieve mail, packages and documents such as faxes for guests<br \/>\n7. listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone<br \/>\n8. Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management<br \/>\n9. Manage conference room bookings and scheduling<br \/>\n10. Monitor visitors to the hotel<br \/>\n11.
