The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large team of supply chain professionals in delivering service level of 95% across the different business functions by ensuring the right tools and methodology are used in executing MRP to meet production demand. Use their strong analytical skills to understand and extrapolate inventory trends and parameters.<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties and Accountabilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Strong forecasting and scheduling skills to ensure optimal availability of materials for production.<br \/>\nProvide continuous improvement in the company\u2019s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory and maximizing available working capital<br \/>\nManage and maintain the company\u2019s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.<br \/>\nMinimize overstocks and removal of obsolete \/ redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital.<br \/>\nEnsure sub contract processes are received back and that supplies are expedited to ensure no late delivery.<br \/>\nMonitor and evaluate consumables usage and costs.<br \/>\nWorking with customers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively<br \/>\nUnderstanding and keeping up with new trends and regulations in the business<br \/>\nProvides advice to users regarding the inventory process<br \/>\nCritical Stock Review and Planning, OffCrop Store Review and Reporting<br \/>\nMajor on season material inputs planning, Consignment stock and contract call offs<br \/>\nProduce daily &amp; monthly reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved including provision of routine management information on inventory performance.<br \/>\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills<br \/>\nOperational Budget control<br \/>\nWrite and maintain accurate written procedures for all main inventory control processes and function<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019 Links AD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9648899391\" data-ad-format=\"link\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Requirements:<\/b><br \/>\nBachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or Inventory.
