In order to enhance its operational efficiency for customer satisfaction, Platinum Credit is looking for competent and qualified high achiever to the following vacant positions in the team.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Description<\/b><br \/>\n1.1 Office Location: Any region within Tanzania<br \/>\n1.2 Reporting to: Zonal Sales Manager<br \/>\n1.3 Department: Sales<br \/>\n1.4 Description of core duties (JD):<br \/>\ni. Ensuring Sales Representatives retention \u2013 team attrition\u00a0 rate should be less than 15%<br \/>\nii. Ensure that there is growth in the number of actual\u00a0 sales representative.<br \/>\niii. Ensure that there is growth in the number of active\u00a0 Sales Representative.<br \/>\niv. Ensure continuous and thorough training of Sales\u00a0 Representatives through E-learning and working with the Training Manager, for them to master the product knowledge.<br \/>\nv. Motivating, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of\u00a0 the team members.<br \/>\nvi. Achieve Sales and recruitment targets.<br \/>\nvii. Sourcing for new business.<br \/>\nviii. Ensure 95% collection rates in conjunction with report\u00a0 from Sales Representatives Portfolio Performance from the Sales Analyst.<br \/>\nix. Timely submission of reports (Sales, Marketing and\u00a0 Training reports.<br \/>\nx. People management regarding HR issues in the team via\u00a0 reports.<br \/>\nxi. Average Sales Representative score in random written \/spoken test (Average performance should be at least 80%).<br \/>\nxiii. Review customer\u2019s files data from the Sales\u00a0 Representatives before loading into systems.<br \/>\nxiv. Coordination of marketing activities within the team.<br \/>\n1.5 Description of minimum knowledge, skill and competency\u00a0 needed for the job<br \/>\ni. At least a diploma in Business Administration or Sales\u00a0 and Marketing.<br \/>\nii. At least 2 years\u2019 experience in sales in a supervisory\u00a0 or Team leadership level.<br \/>\niii. Good leadership skills<br \/>\niv. Ability to design business strategies<br \/>\nv. Possess analytical skills<br \/>\nvi. Good communication, and reporting skills<br \/>\nvii.
