Solution Architects<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Reporting Line: Head; Innovation and Development<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Purpose<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In charge of leading the practice and introducing the overall technical vision for a particular solution that is intended to address specific business needs, requirements or problems.<br \/>\nThe solution architect works in a unit which aims to ensure there is a clear process of developing solutions based on predefined processes, guidelines and best practices<\/p>\n<p><b>Main Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Play a leading role in setting the architecture and design for current \/new emerging bank products and technological solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure there is a clear system requirement (technical) for all products\/solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure sign-off of solution design or solution architect.<\/li>\n<li>Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT capability.<\/li>\n<li>Propose an implementation mode e.g. vendor, internal development (allocate the priority for internal developers with the hybrid, off the shelf RFI \/RFP guidance \u2013 to be presented at the solution design committee.<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate development effort estimates for solutions designed by vendors and internal development team<\/li>\n<li>Provide detailed system specification documents, map business requirements to optimal systems requirements; produce detailed functional\/configuration designs\/specifications and data architecture to match solution design specifications<\/li>\n<li>Define application problems by discussing solutions with the IT team on evaluating procedures and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure there are controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers\/internal developers.<\/li>\n<li>Validate results by testing programs, Innovation lab and product owners\/solution owner\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Scrum artifacts including; product backlog, spring backlog, and increments.<\/li>\n<li>Following the scrum methodology to ensure all digital initiatives are implemented in an agile manner<\/li>\n<li>Regular update the sprints documents and ensure stakeholders have been informed accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate efforts \/ activities of all scrum team involved in each implementation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate System Administration training on the new platforms\/systems that have been implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training and reconciliation process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019 Links AD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9648899391\" data-ad-format=\"link\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><b>Knowledge and Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfort with ambiguity and experimentation; Innovative and creative<\/li>\n<li>Business analysis; Ability to develop prototype<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work in dynamic conditions, and transition quickly between collaborative and individual work<\/li>\n<li>An interest in multiple disciplines and approaches, and the ability to quickly dive into a new domain or process<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ability to conceptualize and systematically work through projects in accordance with a structured methodology; Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels; Strong planning, organization and documentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to act as a project \u201cdriver\u201d, facilitating the achievement of required tasks<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively within a team;
