(Customer intelligence &amp;Competitors intelligence) which will enhance Jubilee Life Market information system.<\/li>\n<li>Prompt response to all mails\/requests (Quote, Underwriting, Documents and confirmation of authenticity) within agreed timelines in the JLIC.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on outstanding premiums and yet to be renewed policies.<\/li>\n<li>Review and act on all proposal form from the Bank to JLIC.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting all pending cases for underwriting on the daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with the Bank\u2019s Branch feedback on the leads given and how many leads were closed on the daily basis and provide report to the Bancassurance Trainer.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining strong relationship with the BSOs\/SPs<\/li>\n<li>Providing support to the BSOs\/SPs to the leads given by the Branch Manager\/ Bank staff on all pre and post sales and administrative activities.<\/li>\n<li>Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with the company policies and Bank procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education and Work Experience Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree \/Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management, Eeconomics, Banking and Finance or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) and a minimum of 2 years\u2019 sales experience in Insurance or in the financial sector will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain high grooming standards.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent marketing and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ability to self-motivate and manage self.<\/li>\n<li>Good report writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good planning and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to understand and analyse sales figures.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the Jubilee Life Insurance Corporation of Tanzania Limited.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the JLIC standards.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you think you are the right candidate send your CV to the following email address\u00a0<b>jumanne.muruga@jubileetanzania.co.tz\u00a0<\/b>not later than 4th September 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Should you not hear from us within three weeks after the closing date, Please assume that your application has been unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p>Applications to be sent to\u00a0<b>jumanne.muruga@jubileetanzania.co.tz<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Jubilee Life Insurance Corporation of Tanzania Limited P.
