TANROADS Regional Manager, Mara now intends to apply part of the proceeds to cover eligible payments for the short term Contracts for an individual staff Highway Engineer, Material Engineer and Personal Secretary for the supervision of project. The TANROADS is therefore looking for dynamic, motivated, creative and open minded Highway Engineer, Material Engineer and Personal Secretary. All design changes that affect the quality, scope, cost or completion period of the works are subject to prior consultation and approval from the Project Manager;<\/li>\n<li>Inspecting, testing and approving all materials and completed works to ensure compliance with technical and standard specifications requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Keeping updated all records including reports, works diaries, correspondence, instructions given to contractor, test records, measurement and quantity calculations, payment records and all other relevant documents pertaining to the works operations and supervision contracts;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the implementation of Environmental policy and code of conducts for Environmental, Social Health and Safety during the construction of the works;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the implementation of road safety measures dining construction of works.<\/li>\n<li>Measuring quantities of approved works and certify monthly and final payment certificates for consideration by the Employer.<\/li>\n<li>To perform such other related duties as may be assigned by Project Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>EXPERIENCE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>She\/he must have a minimum of (5) years of cumulative experience related to road\/bridge design and Construction.
