In addition, the candidate must have a minimum GPA of 3.8 in first degree and assessed as potentially good academically.<\/p>\n<p><b>(b) Duties and Responsibilities<\/b><br \/>\nAs an Assistant Lecturer you are required to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergo an induction course in pedagogical skills for those who have not acquired them;<\/li>\n<li>Carry out lectures; conduct tutorials, seminars and practicals for undergraduate programmes;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present case studies;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and publish\/disseminate research results;<\/li>\n<li>Participate\/contribute in curriculum development;<\/li>\n<li>Recognize students having difficulties, intervene and provide help and support;<\/li>\n<li>Guide students in various academic issues;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in consultancies and community services;<\/li>\n<li>Supervise field practicals and undergraduate projects;<\/li>\n<li>Attend workshops, conferences and symposia; and<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties that may assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019 Links AD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9648899391\" data-ad-format=\"link\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>(c) Area of Specialization:<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b>i.
