We invites Tanzanian To Fill The following Jobs Vacancies<\/p>\n<p><strong>POSITION;Chaperones (33) Positions<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Job Summary<\/h3>\n<p>The overall objective of this activity is to supervise the well-being of the girls enrolled in the vocational training centers as boarding students on daily basis.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Qualification: Highschool<\/li>\n<li>Experience Level: Executive level<\/li>\n<li>Experience Length: 2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Description<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Report to: Regional Coordinator.\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>\u2013 Shinyanga (MC),Shinyanga DC, Kahama TC, Maswa DC, Nzega TC, Nzega DC ,\u00a0Kigoma MC, Urambo TC, Tabora MC, Kaliuwa DC, Musoma MC, Bunda DC,\u00a0Tarime , Mc, Kasulu Dc,\u00a0Geita DC TC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mode of Employment<\/strong>: Temporary Contract for two months<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nThe overall objective of this activity is to supervise the well-being of the girls \u00a0enrolled in the vocational training centers as boarding students on daily basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Major Duties and Responsibilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exercise the duty of care which any parent\/care taker might be reasonably expected to \u00a0give to that child.<\/li>\n<li>Meet with respective TRCS Staff and discuss specific needs of the girls enrolled in the \u00a0training centres. (e.g. medications needed, special food\/diet needs and behavioural\u00a0challenges of these girls, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with the TRCS focal person to ensure suitable travel arrangements are in place \u00a0for all girls and the TRCS person escorts the girls to their respective vocational centre\u00a0and handover to chaperone.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with the TRCS person to ensure the travel arrangements are also in place when \u00a0the girls complete their courses and the TRCS focal person escort the girls back home.<\/li>\n<li>Have in place a weekly schedule which will be prepared by TRCS for one-on-one \u00a0meetings with each girl to discuss their progress, experience including challenges while\u00a0at the training centers. The chaperone should also conduct these meetings to discuss the\u00a0services she will be providing to the girls and her availability to provide assistance on\u00a0daily basis for any special need brought up by the girls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3464335665\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out a suitable risk assessment in the environment and that effective control \u00a0measures are in place to ensure the OVC special needs are met and all girls complete\u00a0their course in a protective environment.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a good working relationship with the District Social Welfare Office of the \u00a0respective council and ensure her involvement when the well-being and protection of the\u00a0girls are at stake.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that there is a complete register of the children, with emergency contact numbers \u00a0available at all times.
