This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.<\/p>\n<p><b>The Role Responsibilities<\/b><br \/>\nTo perform the following functions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure all trade transactions are accurately processed\/input in accordance with the customers\u2019 instructions and according to the bank\u2019s operational instructions to protect both the customer\u2019s and Bank\u2019s interest. Ensure customer satisfaction, zero errors, no customer complaints, no duplication of payments etc<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Customer\u2019s application has been signature verified, within limit or appropriate approval for excess has been obtained<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that all transactions are finalized in a timely manner and within the agreed service standards defined by the Bank for a particular customer and product.<\/li>\n<li>To assist the manager to interface with the customer to assist them complete forms and make any necessary clarifications<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0To keep safely customer documents and also keep accurate and complete records\/files for all transactions as per policy and country law<\/li>\n<li>To regularly reconcile relevant items pertaining to Trade Finance e.g. NOSTRO, Liability Accounts. Take appropriate corrective action and escalate problems<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0To provide efficient customer service at the Trade counter and respond promptly and with a helpful attitude to enquiries or requests for advice relative to new or outstanding transactions.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Engage in KYC campaign and meet the required standards in understanding of frauds and Money Laundering&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Carry out physical checks on transactions against those outstanding in TP system.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ensure there is no process breakdown for all the products and on housekeeping activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure digitization agenda is met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Our Ideal Candidate<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level with at least C+ overall grade, C+ English and C+ Mathematics or equivalent. A University Degree or equivalent is however desirable<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of operational aspects of relevant Trade Services products and Systems. Also necessary to understand all the trade services products.
