The HR Officer manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Officer carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.<\/p>\n<p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\n\u2022 Recruiting and staffing logistics;<br \/>\n\u2022 Organizational and space planning;<br \/>\n\u2022 Performance management and improvement systems;<br \/>\n\u2022 Organization development;<br \/>\n\u2022 Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;<br \/>\n\u2022 Employee orientation, development, and training;<br \/>\n\u2022 Policy development and documentation;<br \/>\n\u2022 Employee relations;<br \/>\n\u2022 Company-wide committee facilitation;<br \/>\n\u2022 Company employee communication;<br \/>\n\u2022 Compensation and benefits administration;<br \/>\n\u2022 Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
