Develop a framework for commercial processes. Reporting<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Provide SD teams with reports on connections and airtime revenue<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Develop sales target setting templates<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Prepare presentations on monthly performance for Zonal EHOD.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Provide SD team with distribution partner and staff monthly performance reports<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Provide Financial SD Cost review templates and Budget forecasts<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Tracking KPI\u2019s of all key new launches for a period of two months on a daily basis, to be measured and evaluated on a monthly basis.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Preparation of the SD projects &amp; proposals business cases.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Preparation of Weekly SD reports, Dashboard and Management meeting presentations<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Budget Champion for S&amp;D department: Monitoring of Sales Capex &amp; Opex and ensuring they are within approved budgets.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Manager SD Project Routines &amp; Disciplines<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Prepare business cases for new projects<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Offer internal training whenever needed<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 SD Operations &amp; Incentive Plans Management:<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Develop and monitor reward &amp; recognition programs for Channel Partners &amp; SD team; run Contest results and follow up to ensure that rewards get to the right winners.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Working closely with Geo-marketing team to review Territory &amp; Regional boundaries, based on ROIs for Channel partners and other SD infrastructure elements.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Business Process review<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Liaise with other departments on business reengineering processes relating to distribution team, back office and corporate segment<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Monthly Flash &amp; Forecast and Annual Budget Reforecast and Controls<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Departmental budget champion; monitoring both Capex and Opex expenditures to ensure that the department is within the approved budget limits<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Lead and ensure input to the Budget process from the regions<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Lead the commercial teams in preparing yearly and quarterly reforecast<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Prepare monthly reports on actual performance against budgets<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Prepare variance analysis reports and commentary.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div id=\"adsense-content\"><\/div>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u2022 2-5 years with University Degree in business or sales management;
