The HR Officer manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Officer carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.<\/p>\n<p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruiting and staffing logistics;<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and space planning;<\/li>\n<li>Performance management and improvement systems;<\/li>\n<li>Organization development;<\/li>\n<li>Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;<\/li>\n<li>Employee orientation, development, and training;<\/li>\n<li>Policy development and documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Employee relations;<\/li>\n<li>Company-wide committee facilitation;<\/li>\n<li>Company employee communication;<\/li>\n<li>Compensation and benefits administration;<\/li>\n<li>Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
