NCA is managed by Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA) under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism.<\/p>\n<p>The main functions of the NCAA are to conserve and develop the natural and cultural heritage resources, to promote tourism in the NCA and safeguard the interests of indigenous people living in the area.<\/p>\n<p>The Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA) invites applications from qualified Tanzanians to fill the following vacant positions:-<\/p>\n<p><b>PRINCIPAL LEGAL OFFICER II<\/b>\u00a0(1 POST):<\/p>\n<p><b>Direct Entry Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Holder of Master Degree in Law or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions with successful completion of internship or training at Law School of Tanzania and registered as an Advocate of the High Court with working experience of at least thirteen (13) years in related fields<\/p>\n<p><b>Main Duties and responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To prepare annual budget for the legal unit.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare quarterly and annual reports for the legal unit<\/li>\n<li>To carry out regular review on conservation by \u2013 laws.<\/li>\n<li>To initiate and oversee relevant legal researchers on conservation issues and advice the management accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>To represent the Authority in any legal proceedings as may be required from time to time.<\/li>\n<li>To coordinate negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts leases and other legal instruments.<\/li>\n<li>To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by Supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REMUNERATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In accordance to NCAA\u2019s salary scales.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3464335665\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Public Relations Manager<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER<\/b>\u00a0(1 POST)<\/p>\n<p><b>Direct Entry Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Holder of Master Degree in either Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication or equivalent qualifications from recognized institution with working experience of at least eight (8) years in related field. Must have an extensive knowledge in relevant computer applications\/packages.<\/p>\n<p><b>Main Duties and responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure Conservation awareness within and outside NCAA is carried out.<\/li>\n<li>To coordinate and improve Media Relations.<\/li>\n<li>To oversee publicity and creation of good image of the Authority.<\/li>\n<li>To create harmony between the Authority and the residents leaving inside the NCA and surrounding areas.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain close working relationship with the Press, Radio and Television.<\/li>\n<li>To oversee advertisement and promotion activities of NCAA.<\/li>\n<li>To approve annual work plans of staff of the Public Relations Unit and ensure their implementation.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare the annual budget for the Public Relation\u2019s Unit.<\/li>\n<li>To liaise with the Mass Media, Government Ministries and Departments and other institutions on public relations matters affecting the Authority.<\/li>\n<li>To respond to public inquiries concerning the Authority\u2019s operations.<\/li>\n<li>To supervise and appraise staff and identify their training and development needs.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare the Authority\u2019s press releases.<\/li>\n<li>To perform any other duty as assigned from time to time by his\/her Supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REMUNERATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In accordance to NCAA\u2019s salary scales.<\/p>\n<p><b>GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens of not more than 40 years of age with the exception of those applying for the Public Relations Manager
