Do you care about rural development and sustainable food security?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"td-g-rec td-g-rec-id-content_inline td_uid_2_5cf9a9286cde0_rand td_block_template_1 \">\n<p>If you can answer yes to these questions, CTA will offer you an exciting opportunity to learn and grow professionally in marketing communications. As part of our new digital team, you will be actively engaged in feeding CTA\u2019s social media channels and help the organisation use social media widely and effectively. You will work closely with our communications and marketing team to assist in updating and implementing our social media strategy. In addition, you will propose, create and post content<a href=\"httpss:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\">,<\/a> and participate actively in content planning. You will interact with other CTA staff to get content and verify accuracy.<\/p>\n<h2>Duties &amp; responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p>Under the guidance and supervision of the Marketing &amp; Communication Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update CTA\u2019s corporate social media accounts (currently Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram in English and French) with text and visuals;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in updating and implementing CTA\u2019s social media strategy;<\/li>\n<li>Draft social media strategies and prepare social media tool kits for campaigns and event;<\/li>\n<li>Propose the social media content planning;<\/li>\n<li>Identify and create relevant visuals for social media;<\/li>\n<li>Research influencers, brands and networking opportunities that are strategic for CTA communication objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Moderate and engage with comments posted on social media keeping in line with CTA\u2019s corporate tone and messages;<\/li>\n<li>Engage with all incoming direct messages on all platforms;<\/li>\n<li>Keep track on performance on social media and produce monthly reports;<\/li>\n<li>Support the team in quality control of the event calendar;<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications, experience and skills required<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>National of one of the ACP or EU States signatory to the Cotonou Agreement (<a href=\"httpss:\/\/www.acp.int\/content\/secretariat-acp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">79 African, Caribbean and Pacific States<\/a>\u00a0and the European Union Member States).<\/li>\n<li><strong>University (or similar institution of higher education) degree in digital communication, marketing or related discipline. Recent graduate, between 21 and 29 years old (maximum).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in social media.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure with focus and to meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent working knowledge of English (both written and oral).
