text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3464335665\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><b>Key responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive rotational experience, formal technical skills training and on-the-job training;<\/li>\n<li>Work in specific business units and departments to gain perspective of the business as a whole;<\/li>\n<li>Deliver on business initiatives by solving structured problems within business units and departments;<\/li>\n<li>Execute by getting work done e.g through research and analysis;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare presentations and reports for management;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to engage and work well with others and collaborate; and<\/li>\n<li>Participate in progress assessment reviews, periodic performance evaluations and coaching.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Knowledge, experience and qualifications required<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open to graduates from Tanzania\/ Tanzanian;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from a recognized university in any of the following areas: Business Related studies, Financial Management, Economics, Statistics, Education, ICT, Art based and Science based degrees;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated academic performance of Second Class Upper Division or GPA 3.4\/4.0;<\/li>\n<li>Graduating class of 2018\/2019 with completed coursework by the time of application;<\/li>\n<li>An exceptional achiever in extracurricular activities will be an added advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, enthusiastic and self-confident;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills;
