For example, current fellows are leading the start-up of new emergency response projects<a href=\"httpss:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\">,<\/a> conducting gender audits for integrated development programs, supporting the design of new projects, serving as acting procurement manager, overseeing rapid assessments, developing accountability frameworks, and much more<a href=\"httpss:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\">.<\/a> All fellows complete a comprehensive orientation, including security training, before relocating overseas.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3464335665\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate degree in field relevant and applicable to international development (e.g. Agriculture, Health, Engineering, Business, Public Administration, Finance, Supply Chain)<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Professional proficiency in a second language (preference given to major languages spoken where CRS works)<\/li>\n<li>At least six months overseas work or volunteer experience in a developing country (consideration given to applicants with at least five years of experience living in a developing country)<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in a career in development or emergency relief<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work in various regions and developing countries around the world<\/li>\n<li>Able and willing to be based in locations with tropical and infectious diseases and limited access to medical facilities<\/li>\n<li>Able to work respectfully and professionally in a cross-cultural environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Benefits:<\/p>\n<p>CRS provides IDFP participants with the following benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Great opportunities for professional growth and development overseas<\/li>\n<li>Stipend, allowances, and furnished housing<\/li>\n<li>Transportation to and from the country<\/li>\n<li>Extensive insurance coverage (medical, dental, life, travel\/accident, evacuation and personal household effects)<\/li>\n<li>Paid vacation, sick and personal leave, and 12 paid holidays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IDFP Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We welcome as a part of our staff and as partners people of all faiths and secular traditions who share our values and our commitment to serving those in need.<\/p>\n<p>To be considered for the program, please complete the following 3 steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare a statement of interest (preferably no more than one page) that answers the following two questions:\n<ol>\n<li>Considering the 4 primary learning areas of the fellows\u2019 foundational training, what relevant experience can you leverage to be successful in the program?<\/li>\n<li>Which of the 4 primary fellowship learning areas interests you most and why?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Update your resume or CV to highlight your relevant experience and qualifications<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"httpsss:\/\/recruiting.adp.com\/srccar\/public\/nghome.guid?c=1161051&amp;d=External&amp;prc=RMPOD3&amp;r=5000485079606#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Complete the IDFP application<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please note that incomplete applications will time out of the system after 7 days.
