Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Manages the Information and Communication Technology Unit by formulating short and long term work programmes for the Unit and ensures that programmes are implemented;<br \/>\nFormulates the Authority\u2019s information and communication technology policies and guidelines, and ensuring that such policies and guidelines are adhered to by all Departments and Units;<br \/>\nFacilitates the application of modern information and communication technology in all aspects of the Authority\u2019s operations and ensures that such application is constantly updated;<br \/>\nAssists Departments and other Units in solving problems related to the use of information and communication technology equipment and systems, and takes measures to ensure that necessary rectification<br \/>\nAttends to customers complains regarding water shortage and other problems.<br \/>\nDevelops individual performance objectives, targets and standards in consultation with the immediate superior as part of performance agreement<br \/>\nPerforms any other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor<\/p>\n<p><strong>LABORATORY TECHNICIAN II (1 out water sample tests every day in order to establish the types and quantities of water treatment.<br \/>\nCarries out analysis of raw water and treated water<br \/>\nPerforms water and waste water
